PRICING

PRE-RELEASE SALES

Items are sometimes offered for sale prior to their availability. These items are mark as "Pre-release" in their title and description. The item description will state an estimated ship date based on information provided by the supplier, or publisher. This date may change due to a number of reasons beyond the control of Professionalpoker.com. Your credit card will be charged at time of purchase. Your may cancel and receive a full refund at any time prior to the item shipping. If you wish to cancel, email your request with your order number. If a Pre-Release item appears to be delayed beyond 60 days of the original release date, Professionalpoker.com will cancel the item and refund all payments.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Professionalpoker.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Any open but physically defective CD, DVD, or software will be exchanged for the same item. If this item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

        * Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
